Textures dated & performance poor.
Saved my money. thanks SP!
v1.2.0 update released
Not a bad scenery, but glad I didn’t purchase it. Can become a stutter fest for brief moments, albeit it I’ve only used the Fenix. I am running the 5800X3D, 3070 Ti (only 8GB VRAM so that may be the culprit), and 32GB RAM. The stutters seem to happen when GPU usage is at 100% with no way to reduce texture resolution I am guessing.
Thanks SP!
Agree.
So just tried this, and thanks for this site, very useful as a try before buy which should be a default standard for this sims pay wares.
Its the main terminal building, not the skyscraper scenery that’s giving an fps hit. I’ve just taken off in the PMDG and i had solid and smooth framerate until I passed the main building in the centre by the multi storey. Once passed it my FPS returned. Not sure why it takes a hit, it isn’t the most detailed airport I’ve ever seen.
Pretty nice on frames and a lot nicer with new update 🙂
Does anyone know how to remove the downtown area? (which folder that’s in)
So glad that iBlueYonder decided to make the Dallas scenery separate from the airport. That downtown was not good at all.
Can you disable it?
Super heavy on frames! Any fixes here?
maybe the best fps killer considering the poor details…crazy
thank you!!!!!!
No idea why but my performance is abysmal with this airport
I saw someone else complaining about the same thing. I haven’t tried it yet, but could be the added city elements in this scenery. Make sure your vram isn’t getting pegged past max too.
How to do change the vram cuz I’m also getting terrible frames here!
Same problem on my end even tho I’m running 3080/32GBs of ram and an AMD Ryzen 7900!
yep I got a 4080, i9-13900k I always have smooth frames but stutters due to the lack of VRAM with DX12 and the 4080
Great job however Is there a way to remove the city landmarks?
Not too detailed, except the terminal. It’s pretty good though, jetways work fine and taxiways signs and lighting are pretty good. Thanks simplaza!
Wow…. thanks a lot, mr. PLAZA!!!
Thank you Mr. Plaza
