Chambéry – Savoie – Mont-Blanc Airport (LFLB) is located at the southern end of Lac du Bourget, near the towns of Chambéry and Aix-les-Bains.
The airport is equipped with a paved runway (2020 m) and a grass runway (700 m) both oriented 18/36.
Landings are on runway 18 and take-offs on runway 36, always over Lac du Bourget, except during winter when take-offs are authorized towards the south.
