Dundee Airport (EGPN/DND) is situated on the northern shore of the Firth of Tay, just a few minutes from Dundee city centre. An Instrument Landing System (ILS) was later installed, significantly improving the airport’s ability to operate in Scotland’s often challenging weather conditions.
Throughout its history, Dundee has supported a variety of scheduled services to destinations including London City, Birmingham, Belfast, Aberdeen, Manchester and Jersey. Although airline operators have changed over the years, the airport has remained an important transport link for the city, serving business travellers, tourists and the surrounding Tayside region.
