are the beaches swimmable there ?
the north-western beaches are very swimmable (if you can accept german summer 21-22 grades celsius water temperature), the south western ones are wadden sea, the beach slope is so shallow that the water goes away for around 1km during low tide and you can just stroll through the emptiness and look at crabs, mussels etc.
