If you want to contribute an airport or scenery addon, please follow these steps:
1. Go to your MSFS Community folder and find the folder of the addon you want to contribute.
2. Assuming you have WinRAR installed, right-click on the addon folder and select “Add to archive…”
3. A WinRAR window should open, click on “Browse”, select your Desktop and click “OK”. Then select “Best” on “Compression method” and click “OK”. Once it is done, you now have the addon folder packed into a single .rar archive file, located on your Desktop.
4. Choose a filehoster that works best for you. We recommend MEGA due to its zero knowledge encryption, you can make a free account here and get 20 GB of space which should be enough for uploading the addon.
5. After you created an account, sign into your MEGA dashboard and click on “Upload file”, then select the addon .rar archive file located on your Desktop. The upload might take a while depending on your upload speed.
6. Once the upload has finished, inside your MEGA dashboard, right-click on the uploaded file and select “Share link”, then “Copy link”.
7. Fill out the form below and paste the link you just copied into the “Download link” field, then click on “Submit”.
Please check your Spam folder for replies, especially if you’re using Gmail. Do not use a russian email address as we cannot reply due to censorship, use another address instead.
