The developer is a Mexican named David Reyes Retana. His support is terrible, he has no experience in 3D development, he is very poorly rated in the marketplace, his airports are very expensive for the horrible quality of his products.
Cancun hotel Daytime visuals are good, nighttime visuals are awful.

I’m getting pink gmod style palm trees at the airports. Is there some extra textures I need to download?
they’re all included, perhaps some got skipped during extracting (see the FAQ). Also make sure it’s not a conflict with another addon. Might also be a Palm tree asset used from a World Update, make sure you have them all installed as well
from older version used only ‘The Cancun Hotel Zone’, someone knows how can update only this one ?
maybe it’s the Cancun.bgl file, but I’m not sure. try disabling all the others to check
