This feature-rich airport is the result of intense development and brings our signature product right up to date. Singapore airport is in the middle of a gigantic real-world infrastructure transformation due to complete in 2030. The airport’s entire mid-field is one gargantuan construction site. The newly opened 4km long 02R/20L runway and an incredible 40km of additional taxiways connecting it wi … read moreth the terminal area are now modelled. WSSS Singapore Changi is an essential transport hub, lying at the very heart of the Far East with an unmatched network of true global reach. The city of Singapore is the economic powerhouse of the South China Sea. It dominates far eastern trade and is the world’s foremost logistical centre. It’s likely that the device you are using right now at one time passed through the city’s port.

  1. I prefer this over CloudSurf too – it feels more like the real Changi. Everything seems a little more accurate and polished.

  2. even if you look at just the apron textures and markings, cloudsurf is waay more better lads.
Recommendation Cloudsurf, but if this gives more performance than surely go with this as cloudsurf one eats up fps with ai traffic.

  3. Preferred this over the Cloudsurf because:

    1. PAPI lights are aligned well
    2. VDGS!
    3. Accurate AI aircraft gate allocations
    4. Lesser taxiway edge lights
    5. Taxiway ‘S’ & ‘R’ bridges are not slopped (I’m aware IRL there’s somewhat a slope but it is not that significant)

    What I liked about Cloudsurf:

    1. Better lighting
    2. Better Textures
    3. Better terrain and building objects (i.e. There’s a missing bridge/linkage between T3 – Jewel and T2 – Jewel)

Performance wise I guess its a tiny bit better?

Hopefully Imaginesim updates this airport tho 🙂

    1. Performance is better than Cloudsurf, but less detailed. If your PC is struggling to run Cloudsurf, then I recommend this. If performance is not an issue with you, then I recommend Cloufsurf as it is more detailed and looks better.

    2. Exactly the same performance as Cloudsurf’s, ie. you need to manage your VRAM usage or else it will hit the cap

  4. My CloudSurf version has both ends of Runways show the Selection in the Centre Of Runway in World Map. Although each one toggles when selecting one for either ILS. Just annoying for a UI BUG but it works.
Is this Version better than CloudSurf or is just more customisable due to using SD instead of HD Textures?

  5. Cloudsurf is much much better, especially the ground poly and terminal texturing. Imaginesim have gone from being on of the better scenery devs to a middling scenery maker in msfs. Every single one of their msfs offering sucks.

    1. Erm, no. The Imaginesim version is definitely better in terms of accuracy. Both have their major shortcomings that is true, but the Imaginesim one wins out because of simply being accurate to the real airport.

  6. In general I believe its quality is better. Found some trees inside a remote terminal. The “ball” on the tower I like it better in the other one, the donut would have been nicer made of glass though this one looks very good. No animated train, no star on map. The terrain is a lot better. I just don’t like that strong orange in some areas it, the near areas to the airport look nice. The performance is good. Mixed feelings here.

  7. Highly recommend Cloudsurf WSSS instead! Imaginesim is still using FSX era scenery tech, super low res textures and missing what FS2020 has to offer.

  8. Very interesting as I know they planned to make this (but ages ago)
So it is finally made. I wonder how good it is
