The ILS to runway 23 is at 164 degrees rather than 232 degrees.
PAPG doesn’t have an ILS. The LDA DME-E approach is at 164 degrees. So the scenery of NSS is correct! LDA stands for Localizer type Directional Aid.
There is no ILS , it is LDA DME-D offset approach , read charts .
