This package will make a stunning difference to your flights around New York City. It includes 29 New York City bridges on the Hudson River, the East River, the Harlem River and Jamaica Bay beside JFK airport.
Each bridge is individually modeled with accurate dimensions and realistic night lighting, and provides a very realistic representation of its style and architecture. Many of the bridges we … read morere built in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s and have an ornate and complex iron girder structure as opposed to more modern bridges which are built in a much more minimalist fashion. Both styles have their beauty and many of the these bridges are architectural masterpieces. This makes the rendering of the bridges in all their glory so important for flight simulation. You get a much more immersive and realistic flight as well as the joy of the beauty of the bridges. If you are reading this you already know how the majority of the bridges in MSFS 2020 look, like dams across the river during the day and blocks of apartment buildings at night. Asobo has modeled the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge near the Statue of Liberty and these are not included in this package. You should not use any other add-on which includes New York bridges with this package.

I just bought this :'(
Tested with Samscene New York plus RKbridger – New York Bridges. Huge fps drop. Up to 1-2 frames per second at times. With the free New York landmark from flightsim.to, bridges are playable in pretty good frames per second. My spec Ryzen 5, 16 GB RAM, RTX 2060. 1050 resolution (1680×1050 – old monitor). All options set to ultra.
why would you put all to ultra on an RTX 2060 mate? Obviously you’ll have Framedrops in the hardest city to render with high fidel addons…..
Check out my resolution. It’s only 1050. In addition, in other scenes I have frames per second between 30 to 50. Besides, it was not drops to 10-15 fps, only 1-2 fps.
Ok then 1-2 is not huge fps drop.
FPS in low teens here. Not terrible but will skip this one for now.
FPS goes down, don’t buy it.
Addon works great, also together with SamScene NY scenery. Very well done! The frame rate is fine. There is an small area in central Manhattan where the framerate drops a few FPS, but nothing that I care about. Looks beautiful. Finally Manhattan looks like it should.
