Vladivostok international airport named by V. K. Arseniev (II category of ICAO), a joint-base airfield for marine aviation of the Pacific fleet, aviation of the EMERCOM of Russia and civil aviation. I tried to buy this and other airports from RUSD at simmarket but was not possible… do you know what’s going on with Russian developers? Is there any other method to purchase them or have them here?
Because of sanctions. Foreign marketplaces cannot send money to Russian developers because this would qualify as violation of sanctions, and also because it’s simply not possible to transfer money to Russia, as payment systems are not serving it anymore. There are possible workarounds, but they are hard and expensive, so smaller developers wouldn’t bother.
Sometimes you can contact developer directly and ask him if he would agree to sell it directly. There are also VK groups or Russian sites where you can buy it, but you’ll need to either have a Russian bank card or use various online currency exchanges to find ways to transfer money to developer. It’s a headache in either case.
