* Remove Edge Lights: objects-edgelights.bgl -> objects-edgelights.bgl.bak
* Remove Extra Detail: objects-detail.bgl -> objects-detail.bgl.bak
* Remove Parked Vehicles Cityside: objects-parkedcars.bgl -> objects-parkedcars.bgl.bak
