The freeware one on Nexus is far far better than this one
You are right. Besides this is a P3D ported version, though the effort is appreciated. Saved me money testing it here

Passive micro-stutters when getting close to buildings. Other than that, not a bad scenery. Tons of small details, makes you want to look and find them. The harbor and river area is also really nice.
