In my humble opinion, the one from 3DVirtualSim is better. It has better ground textures, especially for runway, and more life-like ground markings, with smooth and less cartoonish coulours. Even the glass of the terminal looks closer to the real countreparts, as in Pesim scenery it is too green. And the lighiting on the tarmac is definitely more convincing in 3DVirtualSim scenery, comparing with the real airport. Pesim version, on the other hand, has very pretty interiors and more details here and there, but this does not jusity the preference for Pesim, to my eyes.
I tried the 3DVirtualSim scenary as well. Which is absolutely insane.
Bought this one, cause it’s absolutely well made (incl. an outstanding GSX profile).
